Cindee moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming with her family in 1999. She has an ongoing fascination for architecture, design, and the expansive landscape of Jackson. Having built and sold multiple homes in the community, she is uniquely positioned to guide you through the real estate experience as a buyer or seller in Wyoming. She feels incredibly lucky to call Jackson Hole home and even luckier to raise her family in the shadow of the Teton mountain range. She is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast.
A mother of three, Cindee is also passionately committed to educational causes, including the Jackson Hole Community School, City Kids, and the Children’s Learning Center, where she currently sits on the board.

Kelsey Spaulding was born in Northern Minnesota where she grew up with a strong work ethic and a love for cold weather. After relocating to the West Coast for her Bachelor’s Degree, Kelsey decided to find bigger mountains in Jackson, Wyoming in 2011. She is an Associate Broker at Compass Jackson Hole in downtown Jackson. After assisting the longest standing and top producing team in the valley, where she learned a lifetime’s worth of realty knowledge, Kelsey is now an associate broker who works with sellers, local buyers, buyers who are relocating and investment buyers. In 2020 Kelsey earned Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates Pinnacle Award and Top 5 Sales Volume and Transaction Volume! She also was recently awarded Teton Board of Realtors – 2021 Realtor of the Year award. Throughout her career she has been known for her client focused and service oriented professionalism as well as her genuine hard working attitude. When her busy schedule permits, Kelsey is an avid outdoor sports advocate — hiking, road & mountain biking, golfing, rafting, fishing, paddling boarding and more. She came for 1 winter like everyone else, and will stay a lifetime hoping to help her clients find their dream home and lifestyle in Jackson Hole.

James is a rare true local to this valley, born and raised in Jackson Hole. As such, James has always appreciated the many great resources Wyoming has to offer – be it the rivers, mountains, or like-minded people who share the same gratitude for the outdoors.
James recently graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. While in school James took part in the Financial Management Association of the University of Wyoming, analyzing and deciding how and where to invest money from a University Funded Account. He also played for the University’s Club Baseball Team, competing in the NCBA Mid-America Division.
James would return home to build high-end residential homes in Jackson Hole. Over 8 years James gained valuable knowledge of the construction market and building industry in Jackson. He brings his building background and energetic attitude to the Real Estate world to help us create a well-rounded team with diverse backgrounds to help us better serve our clients beyond the home buying and selling process.
When he’s not at work you can find James coaching youth baseball and hockey, fishing, hunting, dirt biking, golfing or spending time with family.
